Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotechnology integration
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Prototype and validate breakthrough technologies through agile development cycles
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
- Ensure ethical implementation of disruptive innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record delivering futuristic solutions (quantum, AGI, nanotech)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Strong background in venture capital or startup ecosystems
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) preferred
