Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security
- Present future-tech visions to Fortune 500 executives and government policymakers
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management and circular economy models
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technology specialization programs
- Establish industry partnerships for 6G infrastructure and decentralized networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching category-defining tech products ($100M+ ARR)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, and bioinformatics
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum conferences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in AI ethics and sustainable technology governance
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
