Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems optimized for future AI workloads and quantum computing integration.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the 2026 technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Code Reviews & Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and management of complex cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with a focus on security and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or quantum computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native patterns.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
