Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Strategic Partnerships: Lead negotiations and collaborations with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate strategic visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal 'hackathons' and pilot programs to test future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in a strategic technology role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, cloud architecture, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex strategic problems.
