Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to forecast industry shifts.
- Oversee pilot programs and innovation labs to test future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Establish metrics for measuring the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
- Mentor a team of strategists and futurists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through significant digital transformation and long-term strategic pivots.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in the context of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
