Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technological roadmap for AI integration and sustainable energy optimization, aligning with company vision.
- Executive Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and policy experts to deliver high-impact projects on time.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Generative AI, Biotech) to identify competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and board members to secure funding and strategic partnerships.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the deployment of scalable systems, ensuring data integrity and security compliance across all platforms.
- Future Forecasting: Anticipate regulatory changes and technological shifts to ensure the organization remains agile and ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles within Tech, Data, or Strategic Operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Blockchain technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading diverse, high-performance teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
