Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap and align it with executive business goals.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI and predictive analytics into daily operations.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify disruptive tech trends and competitive threats.
- Oversee the R&D department to pilot new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology adoption.
- Establish a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations in a Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Web3 technologies.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
