Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Nexus Horizon Labs, specifically targeting 2026 technological milestones.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen AI and sustainable computing solutions.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of emerging tech stacks.
- Identify market trends and competitive gaps to drive product innovation.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and investors with clarity and precision.
- Manage budget allocation for high-risk, high-reward research initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or R&D.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts 2-3 years in advance.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and iterative product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
