Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for 2026 and future milestones.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical blueprints.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy architectures to future-proof cloud-native solutions.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and interoperability in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, technical leadership, or strategic consulting.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments or Fortune 500 companies.
