In this role, you won't just manage projects; you will architect the future. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable industrial applications, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the quantum leap in computing anticipated by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) integration.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks capable of processing real-time spatial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, holographic UI) into core products.
- Publish white papers and patents on next-gen AI algorithms and ethical frameworks for autonomous systems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in a high-performance, zero-trust security environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit/Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives that resulted in significant market disruption.
- Exceptional communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
