Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for the company's technological evolution over the next 3 years.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze global trends in AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term technical strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to ensure seamless execution of future tech initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the operations of our internal innovation labs, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Investment Strategy: Evaluate and recommend investments in new technologies, patents, and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, with a specific focus on their application in enterprise environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing budgets exceeding $10M.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
