Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business objectives.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core business workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Tech Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitor innovations to identify strategic opportunities and potential threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs Management: Oversee the 'Future Lab' initiative, where experimental technologies are prototyped and tested for market viability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and emerging Web3 or IoT protocols.
- Strategic Foresight: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and creating viable implementation strategies.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional projects without direct authority.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives around complex data.
