- Establish and manage the Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of forward-thinking research and prototyping.
- Conduct deep-dive macro-analysis on AI, Quantum Computing, and Biotech trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute "Future-First" pilots and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex long-term visions to stakeholders, investors, and the board with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or executive consulting within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (5-10 year) technology strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Management preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable, futuristic strategies.
- Strong executive presence and leadership experience mentoring senior technical talent.
