Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruptions and formulate contingency frameworks
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks to stay ahead of innovation curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating vision into executable plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) or technology management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
