Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for market integration
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions for executive leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research in future tech domains
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with venture capital and startup ecosystems
