Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-Tech) to integrate into our core platforms.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal 'innovation sprints' to prototype and validate novel concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into executable technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Assess the technical and financial risks associated with emerging tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences and publish thought leadership content regarding the future of technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 protocols.
