Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology vision integrating quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market disruption potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI implementation and human augmentation
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior innovators in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for human augmentation technologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (QASM, Q#)
