- Define and execute the 2026 Technology & Innovation Roadmap.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain) to assess business impact and feasibility.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and deploy high-impact solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks.
- Establish a culture of continuous innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Software Architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
