Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for long-term technological infrastructure, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging AI and quantum technologies to integrate into our core product suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for future initiatives.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts focused on next-generation neural networks and autonomous systems.
- Architecture Review: Oversee the technical architecture of key projects to ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and emerging quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor high-performing engineering staff.
