Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with immediate deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to bridge the gap between technical innovation and business scalability.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with next-gen infrastructure.
- Manage a budget for future R&D initiatives and prototype testing.
- Establish thought leadership by publishing white papers on the future of tech in 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps for major tech organizations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts for executive stakeholders.
