Your Mission
As a Future Tech Strategist, you will bridge the gap between engineering, product, and business units to ensure our technology investments align with our long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap and innovation strategy.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and impact.
- Assess competitive landscapes and benchmark our technology capabilities against industry leaders.
- Oversee the lifecycle of innovation pilots and manage vendor relationships for emerging tech partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product management within a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully defining long-term strategic visions.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
