As a key member of the executive strategy team, you will be responsible for scouting disruptive technologies and crafting a roadmap that ensures our organization remains a market leader in the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovations in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to forecast future industry shifts.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Define the technical vision for next-generation infrastructure and scalability.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging tech startups and partnerships for acquisition or integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovations in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering.
- Proven track record of defining roadmaps 3-5 years in advance.
- Deep understanding of Software Architecture, Cloud Services (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
