Responsibilities
- Define and lead the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to foster innovation.
- Present complex strategic visions to C-Suite executives and board members.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to forecast disruptions and opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-tech adoption initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, Product Management, or R&D Leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trend reports.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
