Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of our 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to integrate futuristic solutions into current workflows.
- Manage stakeholder communication, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for investors and partners.
- Oversee pilot programs for next-generation tools, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.
- Conduct deep-dive research on industry shifts to anticipate future market demands and regulatory changes.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation initiatives and report on progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior strategic role within the Technology or Software industry.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technology visions.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in ambiguous environments.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
