Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions and validating technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge technologies
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conferences
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing systems and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product development with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
