Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies aligning with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders
- Drive organizational adoption of forward-thinking methodologies and tools

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 2020+ innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Credible thought leadership with published industry insights or patents
- Executive experience in scaling technology-driven organizations
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
