Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech, or AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards of directors

- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CEIM) preferred
