Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, carbon-neutral tech)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor 10+ engineers/researchers through our 'Future Leaders' program
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ filings by 2026
- Collaborate with global labs in Berlin and Singapore for unified tech standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles at FAANG or equivalent
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
