Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable tech solutions with measurable environmental impact
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget across 5+ concurrent projects
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing white papers in top-tier tech journals
- Present findings at global innovation summits including CES and Web Summit
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Published author or speaker at 5+ major tech conferences
