Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, Web4.0)
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes to identify investment opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership
- Manage technology incubation projects from concept to market-ready deployment
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level influence
- Experience managing global R&D teams with Agile/Sc methodologies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Forecasting preferred
