Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching pilot projects for future-focused solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Create risk mitigation frameworks for technology adoption and implementation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and innovation best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-forward initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic planning preferred
