Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and scaling futuristic solutions from concept to market
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational change management to prepare for technological transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough technologies or products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly desirable
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
