Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct foresight analysis on emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation culture
- Secure R&D funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging tech product development
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong track record of launching innovative products or research initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Passion for ethical tech development and sustainability
