Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions in high-growth environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMS)
