Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology strategy aligned with market trends for 2026 horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, IoT, and Web3
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech evaluations (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D partners and academic institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
