Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate technological disruptions and opportunities
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish innovation frameworks and processes to accelerate prototyping and validation of future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and scalable system design principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build ROI models for tech investments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
