Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for $10M+ budgets
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Collaborate with patent attorneys to secure intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure ROI on future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching patented tech products with >$50M market impact
- Executive-level experience presenting complex tech strategies to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Expertise in agile methodologies for R&D project management
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
