Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics

- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Experience with UN technology policy initiatives
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential tech trends
- Certification in Future Studies from recognized institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ tech implementation concepts
