Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR 3.0) and assess commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI implementation and responsible tech deployment
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech initiatives into organizational strategy
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab team focused on 2026+ breakthroughs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building high-performing technical teams and fostering innovation cultures
