Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to position Innovatech as an industry disruptor
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology scouting
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Tech Trends Analysis)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
