- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market disruption goals
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets across 3+ R&D verticals
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and global innovation hubs
- Present future tech frameworks at Davos, CES, and Web Summit
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and futurists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent disruptive innovation experience
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives at FAANG+ companies
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or MIT Tech Review
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and blockchain
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of patented technologies deployed at scale
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Microsoft)
