- Partner with product teams to define 5-year roadmaps aligning with market evolution and customer needs
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible tech deployment

- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Track record of turning futuristic concepts into revenue-generating products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech ecosystems

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
