Responsibilities

- Drive adoption of carbon-negative tech through policy influence and industry standards

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism from top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government collaboration
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global engagement
