Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive analysis and patent research
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' program
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies
- Expertise in future-tech domains: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, neuromorphic computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
