Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product, engineering, and business teams on future-state vision
- Produce quarterly foresight reports on emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Design frameworks for ethical tech implementation and sustainable innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (blog, whitepapers, or conferences)
