- Manage innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
- Build partnerships with industry thought leaders and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation programs
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic management or innovation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, PMP)
- Experience building tech ecosystems within Silicon Valley or similar innovation hubs
