Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4.0) and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external investors through data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D initiatives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation protocols
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse on ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business narratives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
