Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI/sustainability initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business domains
