Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning technology strategy with business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Product, Engineering, and Designâto translate strategic vision into actionable technical plans.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape and propose mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee the development and implementation of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate new technological approaches.
- Establish best practices for technology adoption and ensure the team remains ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology strategy, or product management within the tech industry.
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and roadmap planning for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical concepts and business models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse teams and driving organizational change.
