Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Architect scalable solutions for next-generation digital infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof development methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse, and spatial computing landscapes
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience managing technical teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
